Using RF for Treatment of Facial Veins

Small but prominent periocular veins may be difficult to treat using foam sclerotherapy if there is not a communication with the superficial temporal venous system.1064 laser, injection, or phlebectomy have been described. In this case, the Vein Gogh  with the Bristle needle, was used at the lowest power settings. At 10 days there has been an excellent clearance.

Use dermaka cream post treatment & have patient apply 2-3 x a day!
