Aneurysm Formation of intradermal Telangiectasia

This large dilated spider complex is in actuality aneurysmal dilation on of spider veins intradermally. These spider veins are extremely difficult to treat due to the large amount of blood volume and the numerous vessels in close proximity to each other.

I elected to resect this cluster of varices. Histology samples were obtained and will share when the photographs are ready.

This complex is secondary to AAGSV insufficiency.

The technique will be shared at Aesthetic Vein Conference!
