Aneurysmal Dilatation of Telangiectasia as of the Foot.

This complex is extremely difficult to treat and is actually an aneurysmal dilation of intradermal telangiectasia. In fact, this patient has had numerous previous treatments with recurrence. There is always a slight risk of digital ischemia if treatment is not done the correct way. However, by directing and controlling the flow of foam, this reticular spider complex can be treated successfully.
